These two have that "written in the stars" kind of love. So natural and real, it was easy to see how they've managed to face the challenges that, like most brides, grooms and family have been facing with wedding plans- this day was going to happen, rain, wind, pandemic or shine.
And shine it did!
A drop of rain here over the morning, along with some gusty winds created some conversation...but when the time came for the ceremony, conditions were perfect.
Nathan and Lena got ready together, well-with some close family members but at the same place and opted to have some photographs pre-ceremony. I can promise you this still allowed for many, many happy tears later during the ceremony but also allowed for some down time to relax any nerves before the big moment.
Audrey and Craig from OutoftheAudinary did an amazing job with the set up and put so much time, effort and love into creating the perfect ceremony for Lena and Nathan. So much commitment and dedication, it was lovely to work alongside them both.
Everyone from both sides of the family were so relaxed and comfortable with each other, it really felt like they were all one big family already. Vows, songs, prayers and happy tears- this was a very emotional ceremony with much love and support from those around them.
After a few family photos and bridal photos along Papamoa beach the family headed to Macau restaurant for dinner and cake....then just as the sun was about to set we popped down to mount Maunganui for those candy floss sunset skies...absolutely beautiful evening to finish a beautiful day off.
Thank you so much for having me document your day Mr. and Mrs. Siosiua, I hope you enjoy this sneak and I look forward to sharing the rest with you soon!
